Having trouble sending texts or pictures through TextApp? Don't fret! This guide will help you diagnose the problem and get your messages flowing again.


Common Culprits for Sending Issues:

  • Weak Internet Connection: A flaky Wi-Fi connection or weak mobile data signal can disrupt sending messages. Try connecting to a stronger network or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.


Subscription:

  • Subscription Status: An inactive TextApp subscription limits sending messages. Check the app's subscription section to ensure it's active.


Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Restart & Refresh: Try restarting the TextApp and your device. Sometimes, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data can also refresh the connection.
